I am being harassed by a member of the TSAMS community.
Hello chat! Unfortunately there is no rest for the wicked.
A previous member of my server was banned for discussing NSFW topics in a channel with minors. They already had one previous offense of linking a NSFW fanfiction in a channel with minors. Anyone in my server knows that just that offense is bannable. We gave them a second chance (a mistake) because they had just joined the server, but they spent their time there breaking minor rules, arguing with moderators, and eventually asking about NSFW content in front of kids.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Proof of behavior:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
They used to go by the name bloodmoonfollower, then changed it to nexusservant, and now to officialnexuskisser. They have been banned in two other servers other than mine for spreading slander about me and breaking discord's TOS. One of these servers was the official TSBS server before I became a mod.
Now that I am a mod in TSBS they are trying to damage my reputation by reaching out to my friends, server members, and followers and telling them that I have been lying about this action that they did in a public server that has several eye witnesses.
They spammed my mods until I DMed them, explained why they were banned from my server.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Later, my mod joined a different server they were in that I somewhat co-own because I built the server. They lied to my mod, and tried to get back in their good graces after being cut off. After my mod remembered who they were, they reached out to me to handle the situation, since I have executive power in that server. I did so.
Tumblr media
They then sent a friend of theirs to confront me about the situation.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
After I confronted them they invited their girlfriend to the server to defend them.
Tumblr media
They lied to my friends and fellow moderators about the situation.
Tumblr media
It was quiet for a couple of weeks and then today they reached out to a friend and client of mine, whose server they moderated in until today (they were banned and removed after I filled my client in) to try to convince them that I was maliciously slandering them. I have not publicly discussed the situation until this post.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This post is being used for awareness and documentation purposes.

Okay, you anon on my inbox,
you said that some followers of mine have been disappointed in me for partaking in the tsams harassment document, since I am a creator a lot of people look up to. I am not answering the ask itself because it has a blog mentioned, but I will answer your worries about the situation the best I can.
I am not going to talk about the drama itself since I have retained myself from discussing and spinning things any further about the situation.
But those of you who are mad at me for being part of the document; please at least read my part of it, if you haven't already.
The document was made as an archive for the victims of that hate blog (biased-tsams-confessions). Every screenshotted post on the document is available publicly, and all I did was allow my content and posts about the situation to be used in the document.
I was an unnecessary victim of the hate blog. Had no one name-dropped me in that blog and caused me to get anons and not-anons harass me and claim that I was one of the people sending minors gore, I would not have needed to publicly talk about anything relating to the drama. I would not be in the document if I wasn't a victim of being wrongly assumed to support NSFW being sent to minors. Which is a heavy allegation.
The document is not about the gore anon victims. It's about the victims of the witch hunt that people caused by starting to blame innocent people for being or supporting the gore anons.
I am not asking myself to be removed from the document. I am there as a victim. The other people in the document, as well as their actions, have nothing to do with me, or my part in this, other than them being my friends/mutuals in the fandom, and victims of the same hate blog and witch hunt. If some of them have answered or reacted aggressively to something regarding the situation, it is on them. It is not my job to decide what my friends/mutuals are allowed to answer or do.
During this whole time, I have kept saying over and over that people should just block and move on and ignore and not vague about each other, but I cannot control other people besides myself.
I do not support harassment of any kind. But I am also not going to be silent for being a victim. Even if I was just a small misstep for the hate blog, I was still targeted because of them. I was truly ready to just forgive them and put it all behind me, if their reply to my request to apologise to me publicly hadn’t been so aggressive, and they hadn’t targeted another innocent person later (Z). The mod responding to my dm said I was manipulating them, and that they didn't believe me. So their posted apology wasn't genuine, it was just them trying to save themselves from me exposing them.
If you think I should've not allowed my posts to be part of the document then I want to ask you this:
Should a victim be quiet about being harassed just because the other harassed people have said or done something you disagree with?
Again, what I had to deal with was very small compared to some of the other people the hate blog targeted, but even a small victim is a victim if they gained harm from it.
As what comes to the document: I did not write it, nor did I read it until it was publicly shared. All I did was give my permission to use my posts in it.
I was aware that the doc included names of the people who have also participated in or supported the harassment by the hate blog or shattered.
I did not find the list of supporters necessary to include, and I told the others this. The list has recently been removed by the owner of the document after new information has come to light. I know this will not erase the fact the names were there.
I am not making statements about the harassment supporters mentioned in the doc, because I am not going to dig up if they should be there or not. I have spent too much time on this drama publicly already, when all I wanted to do was ignore it and let my friends vent their frustration to me privately if needed.
Despite the situation being what it is, I have wanted to stay neutral in it, besides the hate blog which is the sole reason I had to pipe up in the first place. I have been keeping my stance neutral between the two groups. I have not blocked anyone from either side (except the hate blog), and I have no hard feelings towards my friends, or my followers who are disagreeing with each other.
If you want me to apologise for being part of the document, I'm sorry but I can't. It's the same as saying "I'm sorry I talked about being harassed."
If you still feel like you're personally affected by my involvement in this, or you are a follower of mine getting harassed because of this document, please DM me and I'll try to help you out the best I can.
The blogs mentioned in the document have not been actively harassing me, and those who did take part in smearing my name I will not name, because I genuinely think they realised their mistake (unlike the hate blog) and understood that I have nothing to do with the gore anons nor do I believe they were a hoax.

loook i get why the idea of riding the "anti/pro" fandom disk horse makes people gag a little in their mouth and try to opt out entirely, but here's why i went from feeling exactly the same way to taking a firm profiction stance. I've been meaning to make this post for a while.
~10 years ago, I posted a fic for the first time and it got its own harassment campaign. The fic wasn't even sexual, and wasn't going to be (it remains incomplete). It was accurately rated T on fanfiction.net. Anyone in the Fairy Tail fandom will understand this: I literally got harassed for writing a "Lucy leaves the guild" fic💀.
After many nice comments, someone left a pretty nasty one. Hurt, I messaged them back. They acted super attacked that I'd responded (lmao) and after we argued, threatened to "rip my shitty story apart in the comments section" if I responded again. I told them "go ahead lol."
They went ahead.
Now know that it was a relatively small harassment campaign, but at the time, it was devastating. Right around then, I wound up in the hospital. After I got out, I went to excitedly check my fic, and found several reviews saying things I wouldn't repeat to my worst enemy. I was suicide-baited more than once, told "thank fuck you finally abandoned this shitty story, dumb cunt," stuff like that.
There were several accounts involved, and I can't say for sure, but I suspect at least a couple different people were involved, though probably at least half of it was one person.
All the other comments were screeching about how I hadn't updated, mostly. "NO UPDAAATEE WHY DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS TO MEEEE??!!!" was one that stood out after I'd been miserable in a hospital for an extended period of time.
Idk what people think is going on when FT fic authors write this trope, and frankly I don't give a fuck. Because while I was partly writing the story out of some young, cringe feminist rage, I also did genuinely have a real story I was compelled to tell. I was inspired by another, popular fic I loved which used the trope to talk about how trying to shoulder our burdens alone really just hurts both ourselves and everyone who cares about us.
My own story was ultimately going to have similar themes, with more focus on strength, what it means, and in what contexts earning and having it actually matters. In retrospect, no wonder I wound up in hot water, because at the time "Lucy vs. Strength vs. Misogyny" was the FT fandom's Designated Nonsensically Activist Debate™. But that's partly why i wanted to write about it; engaging with the fandom had gotten me thinking about it 🤷‍♂️
Not too long after that, FFNet oh-so-benevolently granted us the ability to delete comments from our own stories (they never took my reports seriously at all, afaik). I deleted all or most of the harassers' comments (may still be a one or two up, and i'm fairly sure there's a couple comments defending my fic from the harassment) without saving screenshots, which I really regret now. I was just so mortified and full of self-loathing about the whole thing that i wanted to forget it completely. Something that had brought me joy at a very lonely, vulnerable period of my life had turned so negative, and i couldn't even tell the people closest to me about it without being made fun of for writing anime fan fiction.
I didn't understand why this happened at the time, but--after a period of trying to forget/bid out of it all with a slight anti lean (a common approach I see people use, and one which I'm not proud of adopting)--I just had to figure out What the Fuck Even Happened There. And I'm telling you, after years of reflecting, wrestling with both sides, and educating myself, that this "status quo of harassment" culture which pervades fandom goes way deeper than you think and comes out of a way darker well than you probably realize. An astonishing amount of this is, quite literally, TERF shit and evangelical shit.
Trying to be in fandom and take a stance of, "Anti/Pro shit? Ew, I'm Not Touching that," is like swimming in a heavily polluted river and being like, "Poison? Cringe. Not me lol."
You might be lucky enough to be in a less-polluted part of the river (AKA a relatively non-toxic fandom, in which case good for you!)...but tbh this rhetoric and peer-signalling will still seep in.
I can't stress enough that pro-fiction, AKA "proship", is the normal, leftist-about-art-and-sex opinion. Pro-ship is against all the horrible things you're against; in fact, pro-ship isn't trivializing real trauma by equating it with fictional trauma, or trying to apply literal evangelical/radfem solutions--which are proven not to prevent or help. Profiction/proship is literally just saying, "Fiction is fiction, reality is reality, and the two don't have a 1:1 relationship. And historically, trying to censor just things we've decided are bad has done nothing but get LGBTQ+ and POCs censored. Therefore, depictions of illegal things shouldn't be censored." That's it. "Proshippers all ship problematic ships," is a brazen lie. Many of them share other fans' disgust for those ships, they just don't believe in censoring fic authors over it.
It is also taking a stand against harassment because--and I hope my own story has helped drive this home--as with all groups who adopt ingroup/outgroup thinking, antis are defined by their tactics, not actual stances on real, serious issues. What happened to me was absolutely a result of anti, "it's okay to 'bully out' anything I just don't like" mindset pervading fandom. In a way, this was the mindset's final form. They didn't even feel the need to cite a reason the trope was "bad" or "wrong"; it annoyed them, and they viewed their own feelings as a valid enough pathway for policing to go right ahead and do so.
In the interest of offering solutions instead of just bitching about problems, I might make a "how to know if you've bought into these types of views"-type post sometime. Also might come back to this and provide some sources/citation.

Had a Guitarspear idea. It originally came to me for the Lyrebird AU but isn’t necessarily tied to that AU, and could go for both platonic and romantic.
Adam and Lute are on Earth, hanging out or on a date or something like that, and Adam runs into a store to grab something, leaving Lute outside alone for a few minutes. Some guy catcalls her, and she’s about to go at him when Adam leaves the store and drops a hand onto her shoulder, stopping her.
The guy apologizes to Adam, saying he didn’t realize she was taken and just being generally that brand of gross. Adam looks at Lute, sees how she’s not blinking and basically vibrating, and just slowly raises his hand with the single command of, “Get ‘em.”
Long story short Sera had to come down to bail Lute out of jail and that guy never harassed another girl again after he got out of the hospital.

(vent) TW for triggering topic mentions (i find it redundant to say "tw (word)" and then say that word in the text, its basically not even a warning, so just know triggering topics get mentioned (not described however)
sys culture + BPD is never being able to talk to other systems. we discovered ourselves at 13 and every server we joined was horrible. we've been stalked harassed a groomed in these communities. and when we finally find a decent community,we have to leave because a persecutor or symptom holder blew up on someone and apologizing will never be enough, so we just hide. youd think people would understand as it's quite literally a server based on MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS
we just want friends like us. friends where we can just use pluralkit and express ourselves without fearing a singlet will interrogate us, start using the PK bot when they shouldnt, or us being fakeclaimed for reasons that don't even correlate to how the disorder works. we just want friends who also have this condition we can relate to, not people parading having this condition and supporting endos, or just generally people who are very strict and even abusive.

This shitty Harry Potter game has been making my blood boil so let me get personal real quick.
I am not Jewish. This body is not Jewish. Didn't grow up with Judaism, or practicing any of those beliefs.
But for the majority of our life on this Earth, for whatever dumb reason, people believed we were Jewish.
I was beaten to a pulp, made fun of, called names for years on the simple fact that people thought I was Jewish. Teachers would not intercept. No adult would try to stop it.
"They're just expressing their own personal beliefs."
This followed me from when I was about 5 or 6 all the way to my adulthood. I would have everything threatened towards me, people trying to come to my house to hurt me.
Of course over the years they found more reasons to try and hurt me (being queer and disabled for starters). But from the very beginning people hated me because they assumed I was Jewish.
Despite this, I will never fully be able to understand actually living as a Jewish person. I was never Jewish and I don't practice any similar faith.
But when I hear desperate calls for help from actual Jewish people, begging and pleading to not give money to antisemitic bigots who will fund efforts to hurt them, I unfortunately still (on some level, not entirely) understand where they are coming from.
JK Rowling is not the only one you will support if you buy the game. You will support the game devs who share the same exact views.
The only difference between Hogwarts Legacy and donating directly to antisemitic causes is you're getting Nazi Propaganda The Game out of it.
I do not care if this makes you feel bad, because it should.

Quick Personal PSA For TSAMS Fandom
Because a bunch of unfriendly fucks in this fandom think it's so cute to spread misinformation about a person they don't know!
I'm not a fucking proshipper. I do not associate with the term proship or proshipper. I do not romanticize or fetishize dark topics.
I think that everyone can do whatever they want when it comes to fiction but that doesn't mean I support it or agree with it, I just recognize I can't control that and stay the fuck away from things that make me uncomfortable.
I have stated multiple times on this account that I don't agree with romanticizing or fetishizing dark topics. I'm a survivor of long term abuse -- sexually, physically, emotionally and mentally. I've been in and out of toxic relationships. I've been a victim of rape, CSEM, and incest. I don't support glorifying these topics in fiction.
However, I also don't agree with harassing people who do romanticize and fetishize these things. Because I don't agree with harassment. The only thing I can control is myself and my views and it's not my job to "police" the rest of the fandom.
Respect others by staying out of their circles. Respect yourself by not interacting with content you don't like. There's no need to harass others, spread misinformation, or any of those bad vibes.
Someone lied about me being a "proshipper" and I got kicked from a server I recently joined because no one bothers to fact check anymore. Lying about people hurts them. It hurts their reputation, and in my case my reputation is fucking important so I can afford to pay my bills.
Can people leave me the fuck alone for ONE FUCKING WEEK?!
LYING ABOUT ME IS NOT OKAY!!!

Creep!gaz would be so underhanded. Prolly readers some quiet invisible thing, maybe not even really a solider but some random admin on base. Someone whos just too meek to stand up for themselves among all the big bad soldires. Gaz would probably start small whenever he interacts with reader, maybe just touches that are just a little too friendly, hands just dipped too low down on readers back whenever gaz follows them somewhere and hugs that last too long.
Then it escalates into some really unprofessional questions. Asks all friendly like if they're still a virgin, how they like to masturbate, if they'd ever thought about being pissed on. Reader either tries to laugh it off or just shrinks up when he starts asking stuff like that hoping he'll get the hint but he just calmly stares back
It all keeps escalating until one day readers comes home from work and gaz is just in their apartment and he's not leaving until reader shows him a good time. Deff takes readers panties when he's done.
It's not like reader can even get help from anyone, cuz everyone knows gaz is so sweet and respectful, he'd never do anything like that. Reader really just needs to kiss and make up with him cuz clearly readers misinterpreted whatever happened.
MMMMMM. GAZ NATION RISE TF UP
seriously I need more of gaz in general but i NEEED perv!gaz in my life ugh

Rant below the cut
I know I've been talking a lot about non-whb stuff as of late, but it's been popping up on my other social medias.
I'm glad it doesn't happen here as often, but today I saw some unfortunate behavior of folks harassing an english VA off twt for supporting an artist making fanart of the main characters of Dandadan. She drew them harmlessly depicting Okurun if he were black, and Momo if she were a brown skin latina. For whatever damn reason, including bringing old beef surrounding whitewashing characters from Splatoon and Pokemon (Nessa)...was their justification of why this artist (who is a minor may I add??) needed to be harassed about how ugly her art was and how it was *check notes* erasing an entire culture??
I'm sorry, but there's no reason to go on a tantrum (ya'll are adults like could we not?), harass someone's CHILD, and chase off a VA and threaten his job because all he did was use it as a pfp along with his wife who is also voicing a character in the show.
This is fucking sad and I hope he doesn't lose his job over this. I don't even think most of the ppl complaining about it are even fans of the show. They just saw someone making harmless fanart and decided to jump on her. (She's also being harassed on Tik Tok)
I fear for the future of english dubbed media and artists. Because even in adult spaces, such as the Hazbin Hotel actors (Joel Perez) is being harassed for voicing Valentino to the point where he had to defend himself on his twt repeatedly about it. There's been so much harassment to these creators, actors, artists that eventually everyone will just stop creating. Stop making things being afraid to get harassed or fired because the company doesn't want the PR backlash.... We truly can't have NOTHING good. Absolutely nothing.

So I just got cat-called from a moving vehicle *by name*.
And not only is it way creepier than regular cat-calling, but they were heading in the same direction I was. I don't know anyone in my local area, and yet they recognised me by my hair or my butt. Not very happy about it since I already feel very unsafe where I am.

So I know OoA is more than just an injury swap, but it got me thinking of swap aus... Can I pick your brain about an crime trade between the trio (that matches the ooa injuries)? 03 had a crime of love, 06 had a religious murder, and 08 did her crime online
My first impression was that the reverse swap would be easier (03 religious, 06 online, 08 twisted love), but after quite a bit of brainstorming, I was able to stick to your rotation. (If you'd like to see the reverse, sending another ask might speed up the process)
I will try to keep the characters as close to canon as possible. So the method will be similar, and the MVs will be similar save for some details.
First off, I find it difficult to imagine Amane having an online presence, so that took a while to figure out. I settled with her crime not being online, but within her community network.
And now, I shall present the MVs of this crime rotation! This is going to be long.
(cw for harassment, toxic relationships, suicide, cults, child abuse)
Tumblr media
Fuuta
The main difference in his MVs is that his motivations lie in a person. So let's create a person.
I decided to go along the lines of Ota and Iris from AI: The Somnium Files. It won't be a 1-to-1, but it's a start.
And so this new character will be based on Iris. Iris is actually a bit small, but since she's much taller than Ota, I made this character taller than Fuuta.
Tumblr media
For simplicity's sake, I will call her Ai. (Beans!!! You made me make an OC for this?)
Bring It On
Ai is a small celebrity on campus and has quite an internet presence, enough to be on the haters' radar.
Tumblr media
The three incidents are similar to canon, except that Ai is at the center of them. Fuuta catches people talking smack about her. He sees someone harassing her in the halls. Ai makes a social media post that blows up with hate.
Tumblr media
Fuuta rallies a crowd of supporters to vanquish the haters. Ai doesn't exactly approve, preferring to just lay low.
Eventually, she breaks under the stress of fighting.
Tumblr media
Backdraft
For much of the video, Fuuta follows Ai through the tunnel.
Tumblr media
There's a sequence similar to Daisuki, where Ai falls down and doesn't want to keep going. She's tired of the social media storm and Fuuta's white-knighting.
Tumblr media
But they continue running. Ai falls again and is cornered by the mob.
Tumblr media
Fuuta can't do anything. And now it's his turn to pay for the storm he raised.
Tumblr media
So... I shall attempt to predict the audience reception.
There's room to doubt whether the relationship is real or if Fuuta just idolizes someone. But also, Fuuta knows his victim personally, and he has visibly overstepped boundaries. Even with the show of regret, is the harm too concrete and personal?
Mahiru
Ai Nan Desu Yo
Ai Nan Desu Yo opens with a magazine cover titled "16 rules of a happy marriage". The magazine as a whole is similar to canon but with more themes of religion and marriage.
Tumblr media
The animated portions have Mahiru dressing herself up for her big day. (Using Beans's dress design!)
Tumblr media
Once the big day has arrived, the door to the cage opens, revealing the altar.
Tumblr media
Mahiru happily runs to the exit, but she suddenly stops, and her eyes widen in shock. The door closes in front of her face.
Daisuki
Mahiru stands in front of a broken altar in the ruins of a church, staring down distraught.
Tumblr media
She closes her eyes and opens them to a fairytale wedding scene.
Her fiancé holds her hand and slips a ring on her finger.
Tumblr media
Then they go running through the wedding halls as it gives way to ruins again.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And much of the MV plays out the same from there.
(Fun fact: Mahiru is the only one who has the same victim in this crime rotation)
As for the audience reception... what made Amane so divisive would be compounded for Mahiru. The firmly ingrained cult mentality, the victim being depicted as truly innocent, and the presumable lack of injury... i could see her falling into guilty territory.
Amane
This one was tough to figure out, but once I shifted the focus from "online" to "seeking justice in the community", I was able to form a concept.
Magic
Magic could almost be the same, with the key difference that Amane is shown to be a crime buster. With the help of the mascots, she puts a stop to her peers' evil deeds.
Tumblr media
Instead of being caught helping the cat, she alerts the mascots that someone else is caring for the cat. For this, she gains her medal and wings. (The bridge could be replaced with a cycle of slipping up and making up for it by busting other students.)
Tumblr media
In the credits scene, the animals aren't very happy with Amane. She tries to keep a straight face, but her façade cracks.
Tumblr media
The Purge March
This MV also opens the same way but has an added verse and chorus dedicated to Amane's crime-busting. There's a marked shift in focus from the color guard who messed up to the drum major who holds all the authority.
Tumblr media
Amane catches a classmate sneaking out and playing with a cat. She tells on the adults and gets rewarded with some authority.
She goes on a power trip. Hundreds of Amanes run around waving banners with the rules.
Tumblr media
In the final shot, she's at a funeral. She looks emotionless at first. It's sad that a classmate died, but what does this have to do with her?
...She told on them. And their life spiraled out of control after that.
Did she really do right by telling?
Tumblr media
I imagine the reception to Magic would be similar. She needs to realize her sins before the audience forgives her. A slight twinge of guilt would not suffice.
And she will refuse to admit fault.
Purge March would drive in the impression of her being a bully on a power trip. That would not do her much favors...
-
And there we go. I might have gotten carried away.

Since I've started passing as a pretty woman (unless I open my mouth too much lol) I've had a few men treat me weird at the store.
Cut for me experiencing misogyny if you're interested
I'm not talking about like the cute half smiles they do when they think you're nice to look at, those I like. What im talking about are the usually older guys who'll make little comments when you don't, I guess give them attention?
Now I have audhd, learning how to be in a busy grocery store is a skill I had to learn. It's like driving, like a dance where as long as we all follow the steps everyone gets on their way without causing too much trouble for each other. Eye movement, personal space, how long waiting is appropriate before you ask to be let by, the little interactions when you accidentally bump into someone. This takes practice for some of us. This is why these men stand out so much to me:
These older men put up arbitrary rules for you to follow around them, they want you to thank them for letting you go past them (even when they're letting others by they look at only me and make the comment). When passing them they'll make a comment about how I didn't say that I was passing them(???) This is something I've just never experienced before looking like this.
Why are they so weird?? Like screw off guy I don't owe you shit. One of these days when I'm feeling confident i want to drop my voice and respond "sorry bro" it my deep tranny voice just to teach em a lesson. But you know.. Every cis woman I tell this to makes a pensive yep face like this is just a fact of life that sometimes a stranger is going to make you uncomfortable for no reason just for being a woman. I've heard about men being weird but like, I didn't get it until it happened to me. Yuck! And this'll happen again and more often as my voice gets better and I look less and less like a guy. This is real "welcome to being a woman" moment I guess lol

Random Proshipp rant + vent ?
— Antis pls block me
Tumblr media
"Oh cos all minors that are proshippers are just actually being groomed." All the antis that I've met always tried to harras me even though I didn't even was in their space. I got SO MANY rape threats from "nice antis" that "just wanted to help me recover from being a proshipper" that I just realized that it would be better for me to simply go anon for months so i could avoid them.
Antis are harrasers by their meaning. If you think that promoting non abusive spaces i = being wrong, then you are promoting abusive spaces. When I first was introduced to anti culture, back in 2022, I was convinced to join them, and it's ridiculous how much it's normalized to be totally aggressive towards people that you don't even know. For many antis, rape jokes and "kys!!" Bullshit is nothing. They "care about the victims," but they are the first in the list to spam your DM with rape threats.
It's hard to have conversations with them because not only are they actually uneducated about the terms they use, but they also tend to just be mean when they can't answer questions. Tiktok antis are the raw proof of that behavior, and for their circle, this is completely OK to do so.
There is such trivialization of traumatic experiences that I see kids around 13 saying things like "Oh I love seeing proshippers sh themselves !1!1!1!" (Wich, btw is the translation of one of those comments I got months ago, the 4th, sended by Stanley). Do you guys understand how DISGUSTING you need to be to wish to some one to get SA'd cos they enjoy a shipp?? In what world are we living in man💀
Tumblr media
I get that you can think age gape/incestuous shipps are gross, and that's totally okay!! But don't take your free time to doxx a random teen over an anime shipp. Those things are actually illegal, not the shipps. "Oh, but I don't wanna see proshitterss on my dash." BLOCK THEM, FILTER/BLOCK TAGS, STOP INTERACTING WITH EVERY SINGLE PROSHIPPER U SEE IF U HAVE "PROSHIPP DNI" ON UR BIO !!!!! TRUST ME, WE DON'T WANT TO SE YOU GUYS ON OUR DASH EITHER !!

Greetings. It has been a while-ish since our last post, however we are now back with quite a long one. Recently- a user who requested to stay anonymous has contacted us with quite a lot of concerning information regarding the behind the scenes and goings on of the plural nest staff team. This post is going to be recapping exactly what we have been told- with very slight formatting alterations for smoother reading.
Please keep in mind that while this post is incredibly long, our longest yet, I believe- it is imperative that you read through the entire thing thoroughly. Especially if you are either a current plural nest member, or are considering joining their server.
Content warning for the following:

“ I think a fun place to start would be mentioning that the current owner, QR, never actually applied for staff and as far as I know, never actually passed through whatever vetting processes were in place at the time?
The previous owner, Bari, started acting... Really erratic in their last few months before handing off ownership, due to a lot of emotional stress around the owner *before them,* Polychrome, trying to beg to be let back into the community after being outed as an anti-endo, and trying to blame their bad behavior on a prolonged schizophrenic episode?
QR was a regular user at the time (and pretty new too, I think) and was mini-modding some sort of dispute in #ask-the-staff. Bari saw this, and instead of telling QR off for mini-moding, they... decided they were really impressed by QR's performance as a mini-mod that they just offered QR a position as a real mod on the spot, in front of the public. I'm not sure how QR rose to owner from there, but... Now you know!
I don't know a whole lot about the actual story behind Bari and Polychrome myself, but partner sys did just find the link to Poly's "apology" for their time as an anti-endo and the post where they blamed it on a mental health episode, if that's something that interests you. ”
“ Someone else we have a *lot* of criticisms of that I know is still current staff is aqua system. aqua system is also still currently staff in nest, and they were really regularly touted in the year or so after we stopped posting in the server as holding a pretty consistent "second-in-command" position in the staff. To my knowledge they're still in that position, and tbh their presence has been always been a lot of why I keep deciding Nest still isn't a home I can return to whenever I check to see if it's improved at all over the years.
I do not know if their views on things have improved in the three years since (I certainly *hope* they have, but... We don't actively go out seeking their posts anymore, for obvious reasons!) but I know shortly after they were elected to staff back in 2021, they used to post a *lot* of... Our friend group used to call it "sysmed light" takes. The one that stands out to me the most in my memory is that they believed that traumagenics were marginalized in the plural community by non-traumagenic voices, and they were constantly advocating for people to basically view traumagenics and non-traumagenics as two separate species that just happened to share the same community, rather than encouraging people to come together over our commonalities. I've also got a really CHOICE screenshot of them talking about how "yeah, medicalizing plurality is bad, but plurality is inseparable from DID/OSDD" which is a WILD FUCKING STATEMENT TO MAKE AS A HIGH RANKING MOD OF WHAT WAS THE LARGEST PLURAL DISCORD COMMUNITY AT THE TIME. They also *really, really* liked to talk about how they saw their plurality as a solely negative force in their life and something they feel ruined their future, which is. Also a cool view to have as someone so high-ranking in a community built upon solidarity and pride.

IMG ID: [A message from Shouto of Aqua System reading:
"I think a lot of it is yeah medicalizing all plurality is bad and no plurality is not inherently a bad thing HOWEVER plurality is inseparable from DID/OSDD and those ARE mental disorders and it's not harmful to acknowledge them as such
Not to mention non traumagenics tend to ignore how much trauma can mess and screw with your experience with plurality
We try to look at our plurality positively but it's still hard for me to act like being plural is something amazing and great when our system is traumagenic
plurality like any other neurodivergency such as autism needs to be treated as neutral: neither inherently bad nor good. It just is. For some it's pros outweigh the cons, for others the cons outweigh the pros"] - END ID
Aqua also really, *really* liked traumadumping in non-vent channels. We have a *really strong* memory of our partner system, during their time as a Nest mod, making an @everyone announcement reminding people that vents go in the vent channel, and literally an hour later aqua sys was posting REALLY HEAVY stuff about their exotrauma unprovoked in plural-discussion-1. This is kind of notable, because in a weird way staff accomodating for aqua's need to traumadump in public spaces is a large reason why #traumagenic-discussion exists? My partner system made me privy to a staff discussion where Aqua was. Bitching and moaning that there was a #parogenic-discussion channel, but not a #traumagenic-discussion one, and eventually they whined about it enough that the rest of the staff made it happen!
This is so WILDLY misguided because #parogenic-discussion wasn't created to be a Cool Treehouse for non-traumagenic systems (who... aren't all inherently parogenic, mind you,) it was created specifically to be a place to discuss the *process* of parogenesis, the difficulty and the psychological alchemy of creating a new headmate out of nothing. Pointing at that and going "but why can't traumagenics have one" is SUCH a wild false equivalence, because... If you want a space to talk about the process of traumagenesis, the actual ways in which traumagenic headmates are created, that's cool and valid, but... 90% of it is just going to be people talking about their trauma in a non-vent channel.
Guess what aqua immediately started using it for.
I know my partner sys pretty directly challenged staff on this once upon a time using exactly this argument, and got entirely shut down on the sole argument of "endogenics get their own channel, traumagenics should to." which. again. is not *exactly* how that story happened. ”
“ Which I guess leads me to my next fun story, which is my partner sys getting ganged up on and harassed by the entire rest of staff for... Knowing the history of why the server's staff was structured the way it was, and insisting that minors probably shouldn't be handling potentially volatile bad actors who could post gore and nsfw at them. Lemon and aqua were MAJOR violators in this story, and to my understanding they're *both* currently still nest staff *and* pretty highly ranked.
A long, long time ago, the interview you used to go through to get verified in the server wasn't run by a bot, but it was conducted by a real, live server member acting as a volunteer. It *was* really labor intensive, but it was also a really cool and refreshing experience, since you *immediately* got to have a fun conversation with a community member and have someone express interest in you as a person the moment you walked through the door.
These volunteers all had the "Helper" role, denoting that they were acting in an official capacity for Plural Nest, but were not Moderation Staff (who just had the "staff" role.) Since Helpers weren't expected to perform moderator duties other than passing off any problematic interviews to a *real* moderator, it was a position that was open to users of all ages, whereas staff was explicitly reserved for adults. At some point during the latter end of Bari's time as owner, after they started acting really erratically, there was a major turnover in staff, and all the new staff members were told that helpers were. A lesser tier of moderator, who were more focused on moderating chat and verifications in order to free up the Real Moderators for more pressing issues. Helpers, accordingly, *were* given the same permissions and as regular mods in the server's settings.
My partner system, who had been in nest for two years now and had talked to the old staff that created that system... Pretty clearly knew that was wrong, and were vocal about as much. They made a large argument that, with Nest being as high-profile of a server as it was, they get a *lot* of bad actors who sometimes post gore and nsfw, and make really violent threats towards staff when they don't get their way, and it was *wildly inappropriate* for minors to not only be willingly exposed to that, but *expected to moderate it.* This was not a hypothetical situation they were arguing, this was very much based on experiences *they* had to deal with during their time as staff, *as well as other staff* talking about how harrowing and traumatizing some of the things they were expected to moderate were to them, and then going "By the way my 14th birthday is coming up.”
Everyone was expressing at first that this was sensible and actually agreed that it was something they needed to work on. Aqua system made some wildly out of pocket comment that a lot of their headmates' exomemories as being literal child soldiers made them unable to see what was wrong with the situation, but they also eventually used the same excuse to decide that they were probably going to trigger themselves if they participated in the discussion further and respectfully bowed out. Everything was cool!
Up until about a week-ish later, when my partner system woke up to 6 pings and 500 unread messages in the staff channel basically calling for their head on a fucking pike.
Lemon collective (who, mind, was 13 at the time, just *Barely* above discord TOS age) and one other minor staff member (can't remember which, sorry) had made a post where they essentially went "Hey, we've been rolling this over in our head for the past few days, and we realized we don't actually agree with this ruling and feel like we are being infantilized, and that they didn't understand what changed to suddenly remove these responsibilities from their plate when they were just as capable of performing them before.” Mind... Lemon was one of the examples our partner system brought up when they were talking about other staff members openly commenting about how some of the things they were seeing was damaging to their mental health, so... that's cool.
Bari immediately threw our partner system under the bus, claiming that it was our psys' idea and all complaints should be aimed at them! Bari also made some WILDLY out of pocket comment claiming that our psys was using abuser tactics to get everyone to agree with them, and implying that psys' angle was "if you don't agree with me you're all inherently immoral and problematic”
and thus the mobbing began
Psys wakes up and sees this whole mess aimed entirely at them, and asked for a moment to backread the whole damn thing before saying anything. After taking it all in, they did eventually try arguing their point in good faith and continuing to stand by it, and tried to be empathetic with "I understand your frustration, I remember being 13 on the internet too and feeling like the stupid age gates were stupid age gates, but... I don't think it's appropriate for y'all to be interacting with bad actors posting death and rape threats” To which lemon retorted with something along the lines of "okay cool, still ageist," and. unironically hitting our partner system with a /neg tonetag.
A lot of other users were backing lemon in this fight out of nowhere as well, and going "Yeah, 13 year olds like you who are actively expressing this shit is harming them SHOULD still be allowed to interact with it! Yeah, psys IS being really rude and unprofessional and manipulative about it!” at which point psys' fronter at the time went "alright. the rest of the sys is probably going to be upset at me for this, but this is such a lost cause and they'll get it." and slapped that big fat "server leave" button. ”
“ Alright, one more story and I think I'm done for now. I don't want to go too in depth about this because A) I haven't. actually talked to the ex-mod affected by this, and B) I just kind of only know the general story beats anyway, but.
Back in 2021, there was a moderator and longtime community member, Abyssal Void, who got outed as being in a predatory adult-minor relationship. One of the other moderators had receipts *from the victim* that this was going on, and it's. Pretty hard to argue with a screenshot that says "don't tell anyone until you're an adult.” Reasonably, receipt-holding mod banned Abyssal on the goddamn spot.
The *entire* rest of staff jumps on receipt-holding mod for this, arguing that receipts mod shouldn't have acted without a discussion or a vote. Receipts mod very explicitly said at one point, "do y'all really want to have a multi-week discussion about an adult and a minor fucking before we do something about this" and *at least three mods said yes, unironically.*
receipts mod was also *denied the opportunity to share the receipts they gathered,* and bari even told receipts mod "hey, you should take a break. For a year. Because you're clearly not fit for mod duty right now” at which point receipts mod said "uh, no actually, i quit" and left server.
If I recall correctly this incident is actually what lead to nest getting *kicked off of plural hubs* back when that space was big and relevant to our community, because it was *so clear* this was a wild mishandling of a very active and dangerous situation. ”
Tumblr media
All in all- as you can see, plural nest is a place to be avoided. The constant misconduct and mishandling of situations from staff- all that which has been mentioned in our other posts- and ESPECIALLY the final situation mentioned within this very post, regarding the groomer situation. Which I hope you are all aware- is very much potential lawsuit material, and definitely not some petty internet drama.
IMG ID: [An embed-message from HubBot. It lists Plural Nest as delisted from Plural Hub. The Delist Reasoning reads as follows:
"Due to consistent and recent reports of an unsafe environment, Plural Nest has been delisted, said staff even going so far as to reprimand a staff member for banning a groomer with proper evidence without referring to staff members, and (CW: CSA) asking for farther, more explicit evidence [of] sexual content with the minor, including the minor's identity."] - END ID
------------------------------------------------------
Plural nest is a genuinely dangerous server. One not even worth joining for the morbid curiosity of it all.
Stay away.

You got doxxed? If youre comfortable with it would you mind sharing more on that? I always associated doxxing with big named online people as a kid but now I realize it happens to just anyone. How does someone deal with that? How do you protect yourself from future cases? I know you aren’t an expert or anything but I’d like to know your experience.
Sure~ though, I doubt I have any experiences at all since, well, I ran away from it.
So it was back when I was still in Genshin fandom. I'm a very enthusiastic fanartist of two very scandalous ships in the fandom at that time, when Liyue just landed. Ah wait, thinking back, it was 3 ships, one "pedo", one "incest yaoi" and one "underage" ship. Also, my fav character is Xinyan, and according to some people, I "white washed" her.
As I was being on Twitter, I was witch-hunted. They commented, sent me harassment, bombarded my DM with death-threats,... They screenshot my twitter wall and posted it on public and "warned" others that I'm a "pedo, sexualized underage children",... They somehow even stalk my facebook and gmail and spammed the heck outta me, traced all the way back at my old post to comment hate. Then they somehow found even my phone number and sent hate too...
It was painful to be honest. BUT I have friends and other fanartist who were willing to protect me. They helped me to report hate comments, told me those DMs were bullshit and redirected my attention to other things. Us Asian fan have very different view from Westerner, and we're so chill with pro-ship I still can't understand how those hater can assume I'm a bad person just because they don't like my ships?? Fellow Asian fanartists got my back too. We continued to exchange drawings and cheering each other up and laughing because we knew those haters must be fuming with rage as we did so. I can't change the phone number, but luckily I had other numbers to use, and I made other gmail to take commissionsnd too. I sorta got used to the harassment as things kept going on, and the haters sorta fell out of it when they can't get my atention anymore.
Still, it's mentally strained to maintain such a strong front. And then to add more to the already-bad-enough, one of my friend passed away due to SLE. That was when I lost my final resolve and became a grieving mess. I made my final post on twitter saying farewell, and then never look back, never draw anything for genshin ever again. I ran away and closed myself, only socialized with irl friends, not drawing or posting online,etc... For years before I joined DoL fandom on tumblr.
So there you have it! I don't really know how to tell story, so I write down whatever I remember. Even if this can't count as experiences to deal with doxxing, it was how I got away with it. Man, really makes me appreciate the tumblr DoL fandom even more.
